Our class completed our ocean unit. We learned about the importance of the ocean and its many forms of life. The students did the following activities:
1. After choosing an ocean animal, each student researched their animal using Enchanted Learning and books checked out from the library.
2. They wrote a research paragraph about their animal.
3. They wrote a poem about their ocean animal.
4. They wrote three fun facts not already mentioned in their report about their animal.
5. They drew a picture of their animal in its habitat.
6. They created a three dimensional ocean animal.
7. They put all their
written work together into an ocean report, citing their resources used.
