| Great music from around the world is played by orchestras. Hearing
music played by orchestras can make your imagination soar! |
|
Task
|
| You have been asked to provide posters for the Alma Schrader Open
House that show what you have been studying. You have decided to
created a poster of an orchestra. |
|
Process
|
- Go to Hooked on
Symphonics site and look and listen to several instruments in each
of the orchestra families. There are four families in an
orchestra:
Strings
Woodwinds
Brass
Percussion
- Choose at least two instruments in each family to be in your
orchestra. For "Expert Level choose 3-4 instruments in each family.
- Print a picture of each instrument you have chosen.
- Complete the following graph: Include at least 2 instruments
in each family. For "Expert Level", include 3-4 instruments in
each family.
