To enroll your child in Blanchard School you will need to fill out enrollment papers
and bring the following documents:

• The child’s birth certificate

• The child’s Social Security card

• The child’s immunization record

• Proof of your address ( a bill, rent receipt, lease agreement, etc.)

We will make copies of these documents while you wait
and give the originals right back to you.
