Bio Poem

This is a great poem for students to introduce themselves to their teacher at the beginning of the year. 

The students were shown the poetry template for this poem and we completed a practice poem together on the SMARTBoard, culling information from different students and making up a fictitious student name. 

Next, the students opened their templates and began writing their poems on the computer.  When completed, they added their title,

______'s Bio Poem

Which they then could highlight their title and change it to their favorite color (as long as that color was readable!!).
