Box Top Program Box Top FAQ's Become a Box Top Coordinator Printable Box Top Collection Sheet Participating Products List CMS PTO will be collecting Box Tops again this year. We have set up a basket marked for Box Tops in the lobby which is where students can turn them in. They can also turn them in to their home room teachers. Make sure that box tops are either on a collection sheet with students name and teacher listed or in a bag/envelope with students name and teacher listed. Collection sheets are available in the lobby, on this web page or on the Box Tops official web site.
