Giradot, the yearbook of Cape Central High School dates back to 1912. We have two copies of most years available for students and patrons (from the community) to use for research while in the Central Library. The information on the daily lives of teenagers and the advertisements of Cape Girardeau businesses is fascinating not only to historians but also to the casual reader.

"The Tiger" is the newspaper of Cape Central High School. Copies of "The Tiger" have been converted to microfilm and are available to use with a reader in the Library. Dating back to March 5, 1920, the information about life at Central High School and in Cape Girardeau, is invaluable and entertaining.
