Take I-55 South past Sikeston looking for the Poplar Bluff Highway 60 Exit - taking Highway 60 West towards Dexter

Take Business Loop 60 through town until you come to 11th Street.

Make a RIGHT onto 11th Street and travel until you come to Lester St.
